    Project manager and architect of an immersive large-scale VR room management system (100 to 800m2) capable of accommodating up to 90 people simultaneously, deployed internationally (France, England, Spain, USA, China, Panama). Some of these rooms are managed by the company Eclipso.

    Stack includes a backend and webapp in C#, a virtual hub on Unity, an Android app on Kotlin, and a C++ network component.

    Project management was driven by a dashboard created on Notion with tasks assigned to each developer and global KPIs on the progress rate of the project and each sub-project.
