My mission as a Team Leader is to manage the order picking department (50 employees), including order pickers, handlers, forklift operators, and operations assistants. Maintain team cohesion and motivation, assign personnel to different tasks according to the production schedule to meet our production commitments. My main mission was to receive claims files from clients, verify the completeness of received documents to gather the necessary administrative information for opening decontamination sites. Contact the policyholder, organize and coordinate the interventions requested by clients while optimizing travel within the geographical area under my management (IDF / 28 / 27 /60).
