Participation in the operational supervision of construction sites for a general building contractor, with a field perspective on the various trades and execution constraints. Organization of interventions, monitoring of work progress, coordination of teams and subcontractors, control of execution quality, and consideration of safety, schedule, and occupied site constraints. This experience allowed me to develop a concrete understanding of site realities, the needs for multi-trade coordination (TCE), and the requirements for proper work execution, up to the handover operations, OPR (Pre-handover inspections), DOE (Technical Execution Files), and GPA (Post-handover warranty management).

Experience in site management and then in managing responses to BTP tenders. Analysis of tender documents (DCE), preparation of pricing grids (DPGF), writing and adaptation of technical files, participation in cost estimation and variations, planning and multi-trade coordination (TCE). Operational site supervision in occupied sites, subcontractor coordination, cost, schedule, and quality monitoring, up to handover operations, OPR (Pre-handover inspections), DOE (Technical Execution Files), and GPA (Post-handover warranty management).
