As a Scrum Master, I play a coordinating and facilitating role between teams to deliver a scalable product iteratively and incrementally. I assist the Customer Success Manager in the ideation phase to define the project scope and client expectations. I then work with the Product team to break down the project into User Stories and evaluate the client value of each. During the study phase, we define the technical solution and make a macro-estimation of the effort required per User Story. I defend my project during the arbitration phase for prioritization based on client value and required effort. I assist the Product team in creating Jira tickets, facilitate information exchange between front-end and other teams, consolidate the delivery plan, lead project committees, and champion the cross-functional vision throughout the product lifecycle.
