Very poor financial situation for Moenner-Valentin (-€2.6M loss for a consolidated turnover of €9M) and very complicated social situation at its factory (high demotivation of the majority of production staff). The mission's goal is to help the factory management turn around its financial situation by acting on five areas: factory inventory, manufacturing bills of materials, cost prices, optimization of production expenses, and improvement of finished product profitability.
