I work on two types of missions: end-to-end AI systems architecture (multi-model), and coaching teams who want to seriously adopt Claude / Claude Code.

I come from philosophy before technology.Concretely, I spend time defining the problem before coding, I don't force an AI solution onto a process that doesn't need it, and I explain what we're doing rather than delivering a black box.
Outside of work, I write (philosophy, essays), do humanitarian photography, I live in Rome, and I work in French, English, and Italian.
