With over 15 years of experience in Information Systems Management, I have led as Project Director and Program Manager.

In 2015, to implement an IS with high security requirements in a workshop, I designed a strategy by constantly analyzing and sticking to the facts to involve managers and workers. As my colleague said: "Pierre-Marcel has proven to be capable of successfully managing critical situations in complex and strategic projects, achieving the expected results."

For over a year, I lived and worked in Japan, and the specific and innovative Japanese company broadened my perspective on different cultures through its attention to detail in daily life and work.

Through these enriching experiences, I am developing the ability to think at a system design level, bringing together design, technology, and business. As a result, I am designing a new offering on the strategic transformation of the information system organization.
