Independent senior consultant in energy procurement (electricity & gas), I support public and private organizations in France and Europe in defining and implementing robust procurement strategies, in contexts of high price volatility and regulatory complexity.

I am involved in the entire energy procurement cycle: strategy definition based on risk profile and financial objectives, preparation and management of calls for tender (multi-site, multi-country), detailed analysis of supplier offers (price structures, contractual clauses, risk exposure), structuring and negotiation of contracts.

I also carry out electricity and gas invoice audits, detailed cost reviews, as well as budget analyses (historical and forecast) to secure decisions from Procurement, Finance, and General Management.

My positioning is strictly independent of energy suppliers: no brokerage activity, no commission. My role is to provide objective analysis, structured risk management, and clear, reasoned decision support for portfolios representing several million euros in energy expenditure.
