My background: 10 years managing the operations and logistics of complex projects (Factory, GL Events, Groupe Eddifis, DBS Drive..). Coordinating service providers, managing simultaneous job sites, transport, suppliers, field and office work. I've seen firsthand the cost of poor organization: late quotes, job sites running over, unpaid invoices gathering dust, poorly coordinated suppliers.

Today, I'm putting this experience to work for freelancers and small businesses that don't (yet) have the means for a full-time office manager or operations manager.

— Operational monitoring: what needs to move forward, what's blocked, who to call

My added value: I also build custom tools to automate what can be automated (mini-CRM, job site tracking, quote generation).
