 Steering and coordination of operational teams (France & India) responsible for migrations (Live & Cold) of over 800 Virtual Machines (Hyper-V) for the "One Step To the Cloud" scope. Move of source DCs (Clichy and St Denis) to the new DC (Marcoussis).

 Development of schedules (during and outside business hours), roadmaps, timelines, … for all 6 Sprints, each lasting 6 weeks.

 Coordination of operational teams in Data Centers during physical migrations of over 800 machines during cutover weekends (dry runs and actual cutovers).

 Change Management via ServiceNow: creation, modification, deletion of changes related to all physical and logical migrations.
