After a year as an Android Engineer, I moved into a Lead Android Developer role, taking charge of leading Android team meetings (3 developers) and defining the technical architecture.

I was responsible for strategic choices in technologies and best practices, ensuring code quality and maintainability.

I also oversaw development tracking, coordination with other teams (backend, product, design), and delivery management, ensuring deadlines and project requirements were met.

I worked on all media management, both local and remote, including upload and resource management.

I also contributed to the development of the profile section, as well as the implementation of a real-time 1:1 live feature.

Additionally, I worked on a real-time 1:1 live feature, with integrated agenda/calendar management within the application.

I implemented a testing strategy (unit and instrumented) to ensure product stability.

I also worked on implementing tracking events for analytical monitoring with Rudderstack, deployment on stores, and error monitoring via Sentry.

Finally, I automated builds and deliveries through CI/CD based on Bitrise.

I worked on the development of the Android application from scratch, collaborating closely with the backend team to develop the necessary APIs.

I designed and implemented the application's architecture.

I particularly focused on setting up the sign-in/sign-up flow, as well as a custom design system.

My role covered technical choices (architecture, state management, dependency management) as well as performance optimization and mobile development best practices.

I worked on the from-scratch development of the friendly dating application Leizup in React Native.

I particularly focused on setting up the sign-in/sign-up flow, integrating various authentication methods. I also developed the display of profiles, ensuring a fluid and optimized UI.

This project allowed me to strengthen my expertise in React Native, especially in state management, navigation, and backend interaction.
