At Rossel, a multi-brand media group, I held the position of IT Domain Manager for the Advertising sector, covering business applications related to sales, order management, billing, distribution, and integration with the group's internal systems.

I managed a strategic application domain representing a major part of the revenue, with a strong focus on harmonizing processes across several entities, media, and local organizations. My role was to bridge the gap between business teams, publishers, integrators, technical teams, and operational management to transform business needs into robust, maintainable, and SI-compliant solutions.

I notably worked on projects involving the takeover of a pure cloud AWS player, interfacing with the advertising ERP, rationalizing application flows, and implementing a distributed service hub with Mirth Connect, aiming to improve the reliability of exchanges between CRM, ERP, self-service platforms, and business tools.

This experience allowed me to strengthen my hybrid position encompassing project management, business analysis, solution design, and application architecture: functional scoping, workshop facilitation, process mapping, needs prioritization, specification writing, development coordination, integration security, budget monitoring, technical arbitration, and change management.

I now work as a freelancer to help organizations structure their digital projects, streamline business/IT relationships, design coherent application architectures, and secure the delivery of high-stakes business solutions.

Luminess is an IT services company specializing in the dematerialization and reading of digital documents. I spent only 2 months in their INDUS department to complete the technical migration of 2 projects.

SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCES

Skill development in Python: This technology was unknown to me before joining this company. Like any programming language, the logic remains the same. Learning a new technical language remains a challenge.

Technical migration of 2 projects: Upon joining the INDUS team, I took over the final stages of a technical migration plan for aging processing chains. I performed reverse documentation of the existing chains as the knowledgeable person had left without providing any documentation. In 6 weeks, I documented, specified, and supported the development and testing to migrate these projects and satisfy the concerned clients.

EnerSys is a global leader in industrial batteries, organized around three major sectors. I joined their IT department as part of a large program to improve the reliability and consolidation of data between several information systems, in an international context comprising numerous local, regional, and global ERP instances.

Within the data flow team, I held a hybrid role of IT project manager, integration developer, and technical referent. I worked on the design, development, migration, and security of flows between ERP, Salesforce, and business tools.

I notably took technical lead on Jitterbit, an iPaaS integration platform. As the tool did not natively support industrial development management, I designed a Java tool to version packages, save sources in Git, externalize environment parameters, and ensure reliable deployments.

I also managed the migration of payroll synchronization flows from Boomi to Jitterbit for several countries, including France, England, and Poland. In the absence of documentation and knowledgeable resources, I analyzed existing sources to reconstruct business rules, guide development, and limit regression risks.

Finally, I participated in a major project to synchronize customer orders between the BaaN and SAP ERP systems, in the United States and EMEA, to a global Salesforce instance. This project required analyzing heterogeneous data models, managing compatibility and performance issues, data quality, and coordinating tests between American and European teams.

This experience allowed me to consolidate a versatile profile, capable of managing complex integration projects, understanding business challenges, designing robust solutions, and securing their production deployment.
