Through my experience as a project manager, I have successfully led several large-scale projects for Nemera Group, SEB Group's Cookware division, and world-renowned European automotive manufacturers. These projects, with revenues up to €50 million, were managed from the consultation phase through to series production.

I therefore possess the ability to manage cross-functional teams of up to 20 people, including front-office project functions (quality, sales), back-office support functions (purchasing), and operational roles such as industrialization project manager, product launch manager, methods manager, and production site quality manager.

The industrial environment is therefore very familiar to me, and as the person responsible for the successful completion of my projects' milestones, I have been involved in the preparation and execution of each client PPAP audit conducted on-site.

Furthermore, in my previous roles within the NTN-SNR group, I contributed to the creation of a global project monitoring organization to respond as effectively as possible to the simultaneous needs of the client and its subsidiaries worldwide. Hence the importance I place on relationships, despite the distance.
