Leadher Program: Achieving Parity in Management

Challenges:
To promote and encourage, through concrete support measures, women's access to positions of responsibility and thus ensure parity in decision-making roles.

Mission Objectives:
Create the logo and graphic identity for the Leadher program.

Graphic Justification:
The logo consists of two distinct but equally important elements:
The name: Leadher. This name embodies the feminization of the word "Leader" and the use of lowercase avoids reading "Lead Her".
The asterisk: *. Inspired by mandatory mentions, the asterisk is no longer relegated to the fine print of the contract. From now on, the mandatory nature of respecting parity in companies is highlighted and therefore essential.
