Lufthansa Voyager B747 Program (Main & Upper Deck) Structuring and securing purchases in a multi-stakeholder environment (Engineering, Methods, Quality, Supply Chain): defining needs, validating BOM and technical/economic data (RC/NRC, BFE). Definition and deployment of supplier strategy: rapid identification of panels, management of GO/NO GO decisions and launch of tenders (RFP). Comparative analysis of offers, negotiation of commercial and contractual conditions, arbitration of costs/risks/deadlines to secure program commitments. Securing industrial launches: setting up LOIs, managing supplier KOMs, aligning NPI, Quality, and Supply Chain, structuring SAP (contracts, orders, NRC). Cross-functional coordination purchasing–production–quality–supply chain, monitoring critical parts and resolving supplier blockages in a planning/AOG context.

Management of a purchasing portfolio of €80 million covering over 500 national and international suppliers (Europe, Asia). Management of strategic purchasing families: foundry, machining, subcontracting, maintenance, tooling, and indirect purchasing. Tenders, negotiations, and contracting: techno-economic analysis of offers, definition of commercial conditions (price, delivery times, incoterms, quality). Monitoring and evaluation of supplier performance (costs, quality, delivery times, compliance), with the implementation of corrective actions and audits. Collaboration with methods, quality, production, and supply chain teams to anticipate critical needs and secure supply chains. Logistics optimization: reduction of delivery times and reliable forecasting through more rigorous planning and proactive supplier follow-up. Collaboration with controlling department to clean up purchasing data as part of the PMI ERP → SAP transition. Contribution to the digitalization of purchasing processes and updating ERP master data to ensure reliable data flows and cost analyses. Regular reporting to management on purchasing gains, supplier risks, and continuous improvement actions undertaken.

Conducting international purchases (China, Germany, Brazil): supplier sourcing and selection, drafting specifications, contract negotiation, compliance monitoring, and supplier audits. Procurement management: anticipating production needs, managing MOQs and manufacturing orders, optimizing safety stocks and logistics flows through cross-functional ABC analysis (value/volume). Optimization and digitalization: configuration of the M3 Infor ERP, data extraction and processing, creation of Excel tools to forecast order volumes in China, optimal container selection, and indicator monitoring (delivery times, costs, non-conformities, quality). Participation in defining procurement policies and interfacing with logistics and supply chain teams to secure flows. Contribution to strategic projects: development of new product lines, implementation of procurement strategies for start-ups, supplier quality approach, drafting operational procedures, and continuous improvement of purchasing processes.
