Developers have Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code. Their productivity has already changed. On the Product side, nothing equivalent: PMs read articles, test ChatGPT in the evenings, and go back to meetings on Monday.

Product teams have become the orphaned profiles of AI in business.

My intervention: 30 days on a Product team

Week 1: field audit, I sit next to each PM, I map recurring tasks (specs, reports, discovery, prioritization, stakeholder management).

Weeks 2 to 4: I build skills (reusable instructions), automations, and some targeted agents with them. I measure before/after on indicators defined together.

The team keeps what has been installed and knows how to evolve it on its own.

What I don't do: I don't touch your delivered product or your customer data (zero compliance friction). Not a disposable training, not a POC to reassure the board, not an AI strategy audit. I install usages that last after I leave.

My background: 15 years in tech. Product Manager and CPO in scale-ups (regulated health, real estate), I know the job from the inside, not from theory. Senior developer before that (React, Node, Next.js). I had my own service company in Rennes for 4 years (Dev Insight, 8 people) - I know the reality of an SME.

Recent reference: 3 months as an Applied AI Engineer in a health SaaS scale-up (30 people, Jan-Apr 2026). Activation of the Product team (5 PMs) with measurable gains. Method also deployed on the delivery team (8 people) with equivalent results.
