Here is my attempt to summarize my entrepreneurial journey over the last 10 years!

Passionate about entrepreneurship from a young age, I still took 3 years to get started. Too young, not mature enough, in short, the kind of obstacles we put in our own way after school. So, in 2010, I started my career in consulting at Eurogroup Consulting. At that time, I was mainly looking to learn a lot of things that would be useful to me throughout my professional life (project management, politics, Office, ...).

After 3 years, I met two wonderful women: Aïcha and Kenza. Together, we created Kitchen Trotter, a foodtech that offered a culinary world tour by subscription.

For 5 years, I was in charge of the product, investor relations, business planning, and financial management. Strategy, on the other hand, was defined by the three of us.

In summary, Kitchen Trotter means: tons of limits set and then overcome, fantastic moments and more difficult but always formative moments. In short, between 2012 and 2017, I lived the crazy life of a passionate entrepreneur.

KT stopped abruptly (who knows, maybe we'll discuss it over a coffee) and I quickly returned to my first love: consulting, but a different kind of consulting. First, as a freelancer, and for all companies, whether within large groups (Dior (e-commerce supply chain redesign), Edenred digital transformation PMO) or for emerging companies ready to grow and looking for structure to support their growth.

So, that's my journey since 2010.

Oh, and I forgot the most important thing: I am the incredibly lucky husband of the woman of my life, Aïcha (yes, yes, we're talking about my ex-business partner ;)) and the father of a marvel named Lilas.
