Deployment of dynamic screens controlled centrally to improve communication of best practices and feedback related to accidents in workshops. Organization and participation in the day dedicated to Safety (Workshop, Serious Games, Self-evaluation in Safety, Risk Hunts…)

Deployment of tools for reporting and analyzing near misses. Systematic communication of accidents and transmission of monitoring indicators to the Executive Committee and entity managers.

- Other missions: Monitoring and regulatory watch (5 ICPE sites) at national and international level (18 sites). Deployment of Group requirements. Implementation of ISO 50001 certifications. Definition of job descriptions based on a revised and more detailed risk analysis (Single Document). Analysis of workplace accidents and monitoring of corrective actions. Consulting and expertise for operational sites. Deployment of 6S+: Training of all managers in the method and tools. Participation and animation of the CSE, forums, working groups, benchmarks...

Consulting and guidance for the training department in terms of Safety and Environment. Management of the project for conducting energy audits (external company). Participation in the project for bringing machine park into compliance (270 machines). Study, budgeting, and implementation of custom hearing protection and safety glasses. Implementation of preventive and corrective measures and continuous improvement actions. Animation of training and awareness sessions (Fire, new employees, 6S+ …). Conducting HSE and 6S+ audits. Various reporting for Management or the Group.

Monitoring of QSE corrective actions. Improvement and deployment of QSE tools. EN 9100 - EN 9120. ISO 9001 - ISO TS 16949. Restructuring of the Quality Safety Environment department given the critical situation (2013/2014: LT = 45) and the Group's objectives in terms of accident rates. Temporary then permanent secondment to the Industrial Department, leading to the definition of a dedicated HSE role.
