Pierre Duval

As a Cybersecurity Consultant, I am part of the CISO team. My role is to ensure, with the team, the various cybersecurity missions of a CISO. Therefore, I am involved in:

- ISP: Ensuring the integration of security in projects for our various Departments

- PAS: Verifying the compliance of service providers operating within the ENGIE scope

- Incident Management: Reacting promptly to various alerts and incidents that may occur on our applications and/or users

- Request Management: Responding to and analyzing user needs

- Awareness: Guiding users in IT best practices, demonstrating cyber risks, and IT innovations

- Enterprise Risks: Assessing the predominant risks for Organizations

My role as a GRC Cybersecurity Consultant at Talan is to support our clients in implementing projects securely, respecting best practices (ISP - Integration of Security in Projects), current regulations (European), and internal company policies (ISSP - Information Systems Security Policy and other policies).

In addition to projects, part of my work involves raising awareness and training employees so they become a strength for Organizations and can be the first shield against cyberattacks.

Finally, as a consultant, my role is to be proactive in improving security processes and documentation (e.g., PAS - Security Assurance Plan) to enable management to be even more effective while keeping security as a pillar of innovation.

Cybersecurity: Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Business Recovery Plan (BRP):

- Supporting a client in their crisis management strategy;

- Creating crisis management documents;

- Creating vulnerability matrices by business line;

- Recommending security processes. Data:

- Creating a data-centric innovation process

- Facilitating workshops to identify relevant business use cases;

- Analyzing the technical feasibility of proposals;

- Participating in pre-sales phases for data offerings.
