I am a project/program manager, notably helping our clients succeed in their digital transformation. I worked as a team lead at BNP Paribas to implement a Tagetik solution to replace the old Essbase platform. We supported them through functional workshops to configure the Tagetik tool and also to adjust their business processes. We were also present during the deployment and training phase.
