My fuel is the exploration and exploitation of new playgrounds that will allow my clients to dare their potential in safety. I am an innovation expert and my greatest satisfaction is working with my clients on the organization and structuring of the success of their innovative project.

I bring my clients what they are missing to optimize their chances of success. This could be academic background, methodology, my expertise in entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, my network, or simply the leadership and energy that they, or their teams, need.

Having been in contact with nearly 700 potential innovative projects in nearly 7 years, I am an expert in support with a particular appetite for project de-risking, lean startup methodology (BPifrance reference framework), and profitability research.

One of my greatest successes is the launch of a promising startup during COVID, which nearly reached one million Euros in international revenue in its first year and achieved profitability in its second year after a more than reasonable fundraising round of around €600K.

Another success was creating a service department within a construction company with a 35% ROI in the first year, successfully managing the digital transition for site workers (Synchroteam software) to make their jobs easier and improve the company's profitability.

Each new playground is attractive, but a company cannot go faster than its culture allows. Innovation thus often requires a change in the teams' posture and the implementation of real pedagogical know-how. I am therefore perfectly in my element with 100% shared pleasure!
