Functional analysis for the redesign of an application for public administration, definition and management of requirements in line with stakeholder objectives in an Agile environment.

- Definition of User Stories and functional specifications, process and data modeling (UML, BPMN) to guide the transition from design to development;

- Proposal and implementation of new workflows to improve team efficiency and collaboration;

- Providing functional support to the development team, ensuring compliance with quality requirements and business needs;

- Setup and execution of a test strategy, including writing test cases, creating test data sets, and executing tests with SQL and PGAdmin to ensure deliverable quality;

- Conducting product demonstrations, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
