Context: Management of interfaces between ADPLINK and external systems (Core HR, GTA, HR System).

Assignments:

Interface domain management

• Audit of the mapping

• Scoping of planned workshops (agenda, participants, expected client preparation…)

• Organization and facilitation of operational workshops and meetings with client stakeholders

• Definition of a detailed schedule with milestones to be met

• Contribution to the monthly update of the forecast

• Identification of risk factors and blocking points

• Monitoring of domain progress indicators (schedule, KPI, analysis, configuration,

tests) using management tools

• Communication with various project stakeholders to ensure SIRH compliance/consistency.

• Drafting of deliverables (mapping, analysis file, technical documentation,

solution scheduling, test plan).

• Identification of related projects

• Subcontracting part of the development to Bucharest.

• Coordination of offshore development teams

• Interface development using ETL and Stored Procedures

• Data governance

• Industrialization and monitoring of flows

• Participation in internal and client project committees

• Guarantee of solution delivery into production

• Support for the client in the functional and organizational deployment phase of the solution.

• Tracing all requests and incidents via tickets (qualifying the nature of the

request, analysis, setting a response or processing time, monitoring the action…)

• Mastery and promotion of the ADPLINK solution (Assistant, GAP, engine, model, database…)

• Core-HR development (understanding the target tool, expertise on the behavior of the source tool…)

• Multi-project management
