The main activities were sourcing, negotiation, RFQs, and contracting for the project part, and for the outstanding orders part, it was necessary to meet all suppliers to cancel orders, take back stock, or postpone.

For a project's needs, integrated into the design office, I worked on the design and redesign of special machinery to reduce costs. To achieve this, it was necessary to work as a team, source, launch tenders, study different technologies, negotiate, and contract. The product families were machining, electrical and electronic products, as well as plastics. The mission resulted in a decrease of more than 30% in purchasing costs for the project concerned.
