In early 2024, the company Les Mots entrusted me with the mission to increase its website's conversion rate, for both its B2C and B2B offerings.

I initiated the project with an in-depth interview with the Les Mots team to redefine user profiles (personas and user stories) and identify their key behaviors. This step helped to better understand customer expectations and adapt the design strategy accordingly.

Building on this analysis, we redesigned the website with a clear objective: to facilitate registration for "information sessions," the company's main conversion driver. Improving the user experience was at the heart of this approach, particularly with the simplification of the registration page for more intuitive appointment booking.

To boost B2B conversion, we optimized the dedicated business page by highlighting appointment booking and email address collection. This approach strengthens the company's conversion strategy with its professional clients.

Throughout the process, we made adjustments to the existing design and worked on information hierarchy to clarify the company's message and optimize website navigation.

This redesign of the Les Mots website allowed us to implement a conversion-focused strategy by improving user experience and adapting content to the specific needs of B2C and B2B clients.

Le cabinet de Scylla is a leatherworker from Mayenne offering aesthetic and creative costume pieces.

During this collaboration, I designed, in agreement with the manager's expectations and universe, the logo and business cards for the firm. A simplified version of the logo was created to serve as a stamp for the leather.
