Key player in the partnership between business and digital teams, I led a structured approach to define and align a multi-year digital and business roadmap.

- Facilitation of collaborative workshops and creation of strategic materials to foster a common digital & business vision.

- In-depth analysis of pain points and existing processes, formalization of value-added "to be" targets.

- Technological and sector watch (Gartner Hype Cycle) to inspire strategic directions.

- Coordination of stakeholders (Digital, Data, Architecture, GxP...) to ensure consistency and adoption of deliverables.

- Design and presentation of operational and decision-making deliverables, deployed to Management, Leadership, and teams.

This mission allowed me to strengthen the digital maturity of the business units, align stakeholders around common objectives, and lay the foundation for sustainable digital transformation.

Transition management assignment within the digital department, in charge of the Employee Experience scope (Digital Workplace, O365, Sustainability, HR, Audit, Legal…).

- Management of a mixed team of 8 employees (internal/external), onboarding following internal transfer, recruitment of consultants.

- Steering of run/build activities and associated budgets: €2.5M.

- Cross-functional leadership for the integration of IFF Pharma Solutions (1500 employees post-acquisition): acquisition preparation, focus on applications to transfer, post-acquisition monitoring.

- Multi-business coordination to align collaborative tools and strategic stakes (employee experience, GxP compliance).

- Participation in Steering Committees for the domain's build and run topics, supporting operational leaders, contract renewals and AMS, tenders...

Impact: Strengthening the digital maturity of the Employee Experience scope, budget security, and accelerated post-acquisition integration.

Reporting to the Global Digital Department, I supported the Sustainability-HSE function in its digital transformation, from needs analysis to multi-year budget security.

- Support for Sustainability-HSE business unit: Workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, RFI/RFP and decision-making matrix for carbon footprint, decarbonization, LCA/eco-design, and reporting (DPEF, CSRD, GIDAF, GEREP).

- Formalization of digital roadmaps and associated budgets for the 2024-2025 campaigns, in coordination with financial departments.

- Opportunity studies, business cases, process definition, pain point identification: Digitalization of laboratories (Quality), Asset Management (Maintenance), contract lifecycle management (Legal).

- Technological and business watch: Gartner Hype Cycle & workshops with specialized analysts.

- Project monitoring and presentation to governance bodies.

- RFI and RFP for digital tools resulting from opportunity studies: Decarbonization, Product Life Cycle Analysis, Asset Management, LIMS

Impact: Acceleration of Sustainability digital maturity, multi-year budget security, and foundation laid for high value-added business solutions.
