CONTEXT

Management of construction projects with budgets up to

€500,000 — a significant level of commitment for a growing startup. Each project was unique, with no existing reproducible model.

TEAM & STAKEHOLDERS

Coordination of a team of 4 to 5 people while simultaneously managing numerous external stakeholders: suppliers, clients, technical partners, and management. Maintaining alignment under constant pressure.

EXECUTION

Application of Lean management principles to move forward without operational overhead. Implementation of processes where none existed. Management of planning, dependencies, risks, and budget tracking from launch to delivery.

Office québécois de la langue française — a public institution managing linguistic policy in Quebec.

CONTEXT

Ongoing project with a failing initial plan.

Unclear scope, unrealistic deadlines, missing dependencies,

unstructured deliverables. The project required a complete re-evaluation before it could move forward.

DIAGNOSIS

Conducting a comprehensive exploratory audit of the existing situation: evaluation of deliverables, dependencies, scope, constraints, and available resources. Building an honest picture of the project's true state.

REPLANNING

Rebuilding the project plan from scratch based on the audit.

Defining realistic milestones, mapping dependencies, and restructuring the roadmap. Presenting conclusions and the new plan to the project manager and investors.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT

A mission that was as much human as it was technical.

Fieldwork with the teams to identify what was working and what was blocking, without triggering defensive reactions.
