As part of ServiceClub's Cloud Platform Team, I have led the design, implementation, and evolution of a full cloud-native ecosystem across AWS and Google Cloud, following CNCF best practices. My work focuses on end-to-end automation, observability, and modernization of the company's multi-cloud infrastructure—building secure, scalable, and cost-efficient Kubernetes-based (EKS & GKE) environments from the ground up.

AWS & Cloud-Native Infrastructure: Designed and optimized AWS environments leveraging EKS, EC2, RDS, ALB/NLB, CloudFront, Route53, IAM, S3, and VPC networking. Implemented Infrastructure-as-Code with reusable Terraform modules for networking, IAM roles (IRSA), monitoring, and GitOps workflows. a

Reduced infrastructure cost through Karpenter autoscaling, node right-sizing, and workload segregation by environment.

Kubernetes & CNCF Ecosystem: Managed a full cloud-native stack built around Argo CD, Traefik, Cert Manager, External Secret Operator, Kyverno, Prometheus, Grafana. Designed and deployed Dex-based OAuth authentication (Google Workspace integration) across Grafana, Argo CD, and Keycloak. Standardized cluster configurations across AWS (EKS) and GCP (GKE) using Helm, Kustomize, and GitOps pipelines.

• • Observability & Monitoring: Integrated Datadog APM, logs, and custom dashboards for microservices and Kubernetes workloads. Deployed OpenTelemetry Collector and Prometheus remote-write pipelines to long-term storage (Mimir, Loki). Built internal Grafana dashboards to visualize cost efficiency, scaling, and deployment health.

• • CI/CD & Automation:

Built the CI/CD system with GitHub Actions + Argo CD Image Updater, enabling continuous deployments from container registries (ECR/GAR). Automated image tagging, Helm releases, and environment-specific configurations. Ensured high deployment reliability and reduced manual interventions across pre production and production clusters.

As a Cloud Engineer, I have gained extensive experience in implementing

and managing solutions across the three major cloud service providers

(GCP, Azure, AWS) and Kubernetes. I have been working remotely from

Madrid for a company based in the Netherlands, as part of an international,

English-speaking team.
