Development of objects and spaces from the creative phase to the sales/installation phase.

• Complete creation: research, concepts, sketches, 3D and renderings, technical and execution plans. Deployment with specialized teams and service providers, respecting costs, deadlines, and technical constraints.

• Management of brand image projects (scenography, photoshoots, visual content), in collaboration with creative teams and production partners.

Missions carried out for the entry/mid-range furniture brand:

- Redesign of the Baïta collection / Art Direction for the new ranges

- Creation of sofas, sofa beds, garden furniture, living room/bedroom/bathroom/entryway furniture

* step 1: proposal of directions to study via a mood board/competitive analysis

* step 2: sketches, color/material/finish swatches

* step 3: 3D modeling of several proposals and selection, then Keyshot rendering.

* step 4: validation, creation of technical documents with plans and specifications for manufacturing.

* step 5: prototyping monitoring, pre-production feedback, and quality control (English)

- Monitoring and management of projects in the design department

- Monitoring future trends and new industrial production/manufacturing techniques

Coordination of a field study at APHP:

• Management of research and institutional communication projects.

• Writing and formatting of monthly summaries and article publications.

• Establishment of strategic partnerships for the research process.

• Management of protocols with medical teams and patients
