About Philippine

After being editor-in-chief of Les Petits Frenchies (a media outlet that told the story of young French brands), I help brands build a solid narrative framework that unites their teams and guides their communications.

My role is to create reference documents—founding narrative, pillars, keywords, values, tone, and intentions—that become a true compass for creating a product, a new collection, a brand, or a place.

What interests me is digging deep, questioning, understanding what makes a brand's heart beat, the team behind it. It's about highlighting your strengths, your specificities. Finding the words that suit you, not words that "sound good" or are trendy.

I also write newsletters, articles, portraits, interviews, and manifestos. Editorial content that reveals the sensitive and human aspect of a brand.

And because I like to be surprised and need to be nourished, I created Patchwork, my inspiration newsletter that brings together everything that makes a decor come alive: ingenious, poetic, unexpected objects, and above all, creators, brands, artisans, emerging talents who think "out of the box." It's a sensitive watch at the intersection of decor, design, art, and creativity.

Companies, what do you have that is unique and defines you?

We help companies find and then embody the language that makes them unique
    - through research into the company's history, heritage, and environment (sociological, philosophical research)
    - through interviews we conduct with employees
    - and above all, through several methods patented by the Institute, such as semantic diagnosis and semantic charter.

Since 2004, Jeanne Bordeau, linguist and creator of the Institute, and her research laboratory have published 28 trend studies in language. Their objective: to identify market trends and language flows in the economic world to inform and support the evolution of companies.

The Institute's latest Trend Report addresses the pitfalls of Storytelling: this narrative must be based on a clear narrative structure and aims to create a coherent link between the company's various content creations.

In the "Babel" of content and stories, the Institute for the Quality of Expression works to align a company's and brand's language with its actions, values, and personality traits.

For Jeanne Bordeau, language is the forgotten child of communication. If you master your language, you master your positioning.
