I conducted a comprehensive audit of existing content to establish a consistent tone of voice for a website redesign project. I also developed precise content guidelines to ensure uniformity in communications. In parallel, I wrote various content, including blog posts for the school's website, to enhance its attractiveness and inform potential students.

I also participated in the Figma prototyping of new course brochures, incorporating a UX approach to make information clear and accessible. Finally, I managed the school's Discord community, creating specific guidelines to structure its content flow while fostering student engagement and daily interaction.

As a freelance consultant for Decathlon, I developed a specific tone of voice for "Décathloniens" (internal employees). My goal was to define a consistent and authentic voice that reflected the company's values while facilitating internal communication. This work resulted in an engaging, clear, and unifying tone, adapted to various internal platforms, contributing to a stronger sense of belonging and team cohesion.

I carried out several strategic actions to improve user experience and content consistency. I designed microcopy for the website to optimize clarity and engagement at each touchpoint. Concurrently, I conducted a comprehensive content design audit to identify optimization opportunities and improve alignment between content and business objectives.

I also populated the design system with guidelines on Tone of Brand and Tone of Voice, ensuring a unified voice aligned with the brand identity across all platforms.

In addition to these tasks, I wrote scientific articles for the company's blog, contributing to strengthening its expertise and credibility in the field.
