    On behalf of Manuel, CEO of Cocomore AG, I implemented a targeted recruiting project. In an initial kick-off, we defined the target profile and target group. I also created a pipeline visible to the client to ensure maximum transparency.

    After the technical setup, I used LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter to specifically approach suitable candidates and present them to the client. The selection process involved several interview rounds, in which various stakeholders had to be convinced. I actively supported the entire process, moderated interviews, and ensured structured coordination between the parties involved – mostly remotely.
