Grew up in the special forces of the German Armed Forces, tested in Afghanistan, further developed in three industries (retail, energy, defense). For 20 years, my passion has been leading people.

As a long-time manager and systemic business coach, I encounter many cases where managers receive incorrect or one-sided advice.

In most cases, there is no need for a highly decorated management consultancy, decisions for new life paths from a life coach, bureaucratic administrative management, and certainly no new "this-will-make-everything-better application." Instead, solid foundations of action are needed as leadership tools to make necessary decisions in complex environments every day.

The principle: "A company is not a family, more like a sports team!" considers the use of the entire leadership repertoire – from participative to authoritarian leadership styles and the use of all empathetic, but also rational, means to achieve the set goals as quickly and effectively as possible. This saves budget, reduces conflicts, and ultimately the nerves of all involved.

Therefore, my primary objective: provide direction, make decisions, and build trust. Especially in situations of pressure and uncertainty.
