We handle all types of architectural projects, in both public and private sectors. Our experience is mainly focused on individual and collective housing operations. In 2026, we will complete a 100-unit housing project in Alfortville, in our own name, comprising two R+8 buildings.

We also support architectural firms by producing plans for all project phases (sketch, development, tender documents, etc.). Recently, we produced the development plans for 120 apartments using Revit for a Parisian architectural firm specializing in housing.

We primarily work with Revit and AutoCAD for plan production. We also have powerful tools for creating perspectives, whether from 3D models or hand-drawn. Finally, we integrate artificial intelligence tools into certain design and finishing processes to improve our efficiency and continuously develop our skills by leveraging the most suitable technologies for current practices.
