• Accenture Security Channel: opportunity identification for Avanade (Resources & Products sectors), bi-weekly meetings, pipeline sharing.

• Creation of a 'Cyber-Academy' with Microsoft (European scope): team grew from 15 to 50 people.

• Offering development (data protection from 2019, SOC Sentinel, cloud posture, Active Directory security, Identity, EDR, DORA, NIS2).

• Creation of an 'infrastructure' Business Unit (Revenue €1.5M, 10 people): defined technical/marketing/sales offering (Lync, VMware, Windows 7, AD, Exchange), partnerships (Microsoft, Polycom, AudioCodes, Jabra, Plantronics, SNOM, Arrow-ECS, VMware), and pre-sales.
