Philippe Roche

Generalist mechanical engineer with two complementary specializations in business management (MBA 1991) and aeronautical projects (Mastère Spécialisé 2014). I began my career in Japan, installing a production line for fuses at the Japanese production unit of a Lyon-based mid-sized company specializing in industrial fuses. I then spent most of my career in sales and project management roles, focusing on complex, highly technical products: selling metrology machines for integrated circuit manufacturing, then, in the automotive sector, managing key accounts for air conditioning and engine cooling systems, dashboards, and interior door trims for major European and Asian car manufacturers. More recently, in IT, I worked with major Canadian telecommunications service providers, where I strengthened my skills, particularly in digitalization.

My passion for technology and the broad knowledge gained from my generalist engineering education, combined with extensive experience in matrix organizations and team management, primarily in large corporations, and a strong background in customer relationship management within long-term commercial relationships, drive me to seek challenges in highly complex and technical projects, preferably in a sector related to transportation, which represents a significant part of my experience.
