Philippe Roche

Generalist mechanical engineer with two complementary degrees in business management (MBA in 1991) and aeronautical projects (Specialized Master's in 2014); I began my career in Japan, installing a production line for fusible links at the Japanese production unit of a Lyon-based mid-sized company specializing in industrial fuses. I then spent most of my career in sales and project management roles, focusing on complex, highly technical products: selling metrology machines for the manufacture of integrated circuits, then, in the automotive sector, managing key accounts for air conditioning and engine cooling systems, dashboards, and interior door trims for major European and Asian car manufacturers, and more recently, in IT, with major Canadian telecom service providers, where I strengthened my skills, particularly in digitalization.

My taste for technology and the broad knowledge derived from my generalist engineering background, combined with extensive experience in matrix organizations and team management, primarily within large corporations, and strong customer relationship management experience in the context of long-term commercial relationships, drive me to seek challenges in highly complex and technical projects, preferably in a sector related to transportation, which represents a significant part of my experience.
