As an HR and management professional with 13 years of experience at Apple in responsible positions, I've held close proximity HR responsibilities throughout my management career. For over five years, I was directly responsible for numerous HR matters for an organization of approximately 150 employees.

My experience includes recruitment and interviewing, onboarding and training new employees, supporting managers, absence tracking, managing sensitive situations and conflicts, internal investigations, disciplinary processes, employee experience, and data management in HR tools.

I am currently pursuing the HRSE Certified Human Resources Manager training at IFAGE in Geneva. I have passed the mock exam and am now preparing for the final examination.

I have also recently obtained several complementary certificates, including in coaching practices and coaching-based management, setting expectations and managing performance issues, and conflict transformation, as well as leadership, from UC Davis, Emory University, and HarvardX.

I offer flexible HR support for one-off or regular assignments: candidate pre-screening, conducting interviews, onboarding, training, managerial support, conflict management, and improving HR processes and employee experience.

Services available in French and English, remotely or on-site. Based in the Geneva region, I am mobile within Switzerland and internationally when travel expenses are covered.
