Philippe Oziard

After a career within the Directorate General of Armaments, and the Ministry of Industry, then as technical director in several subsidiaries of the Alcatel group (GSI/Tecsi/ISR) and the creation of an innovation project management consulting firm, I am interested in the impact of visualization on collective decision-making.

I have recently discovered an original method for representing strategic situations, developed by Simon Wardley in Great Britain, pragmatically and progressively over the past twenty years. I have been able to test this method and observe the significant improvement in mutual understanding among decision-makers by eliminating the cognitive biases of stakeholders and establishing a common vocabulary.

This method is the basis of my service offering "Illuminating the decision-making debate using the Wardley Mapping method".
