Responsible for HPC (high-performance computing) activity within Unit 900 INSERM - Mines ParisTech - Institut Curie - PSL University.

High-Performance Computing. The goal of HPC is to parallelize scientific applications using intelligent algorithms for computing resources such as supercomputers and computing clusters. In this context, our main objectives are, on the one hand, to seek performance in order to accelerate the processing of high-throughput sequencing (DNA, ...) analysis results, for the benefit of the patient in the field of Oncology. The expertise lies in the in-depth knowledge of computing resources, resource managers (Torque/PBS, SLURM, ...), and Workflow managers (NextFlow, ...), and on the other hand, towards a qualitative requirement, both in terms of robustness, reliability, reproducibility, and reporting of results for doctors/researchers.
