Mission Description:

Within the LVMH group's data management team, I managed interface projects for various group houses. My responsibilities included:

Project management for the interfacing of houses, with rigorous monitoring of developments and active participation in the preparation of steering committees.

Level 2 or 3 support for already interfaced houses, including error analysis and monitoring of necessary corrections.

Data cleaning and mass loading activities to ensure data integrity.

Context:

LVMH group houses, such as Louis Vuitton Malletier, Sephora, Tiffany, Bulgari, etc., have distinct HR CORE systems. They must transmit data to Talent Connect, the group's central HRIS. I was responsible for the proper functioning of these data flows, working closely with various stakeholders, including interface developers and data flow scheduling managers.

- Management of international projects for merging HR tools or interfacing with various other tools such as Training tools (360Learning). For various subsidiaries in the USA, Spain, Italy, Japan, Russia, Portugal, UAE and for various Houses such as SEPHORA, CELINE, FENDI, TIFFANY, DIOR, LOUIS VUITTON.

Payroll Software Publisher - Project management for client departures or arrivals.

- Project management for payroll updates such as dematerialized certificates for Pôle Emploi, switching from RIB to IBAN transfers, DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative).

- Project management for creating interfaces between AliciaRh and various third-party software such as CANTORIEL, FOEDERIS, PROTIME.

- Application maintenance of AliciaRh versions 7, 8, and 10 for the client base by phone or on-site.

- Handling client files (GAUMONT, MUTUALITE de la LOIRE, UGC, MOULIN ROUGE, RIVP, ENDEMOL, JARDILAND) with frequent travel (1 week per month) to provide advice and expertise on corrections and developments to be made to the software to best meet client expectations.
