After a rich career in business, my ambition is to put my experience and expertise at the service of companies to support them in building and strengthening their information system, ensuring it is aligned with the needs of the company and users, while promoting simplification and resilience. I am convinced that "what is well designed is clearly stated...", and the same applies to IT. Building simple and understandable solutions is a guarantee of robustness and sustainability. And when I talk about simplicity, it doesn't mean that IT won't perform complex tasks, but that these should be carried out with conciseness and rigor. At the beginning of my IT career, I worked in the aeronautics and space sector, developing highly complex programs. Nevertheless, the rule was that the less code there was, the fewer possibilities there were for bugs, and the more certainty there was through testing that it worked correctly. This is the vision I want to share and bring to my clients. So what is a transition or part-time CIO? Transition is the action or manner of moving from one state to another, so I offer my support during these transition phases, such as choosing or changing the information system, a merger, acquisition, or spin-off operation, etc. Part-time is the ability to have an experienced resource available for pre-defined periods, x days per week, per month. It is therefore a long-term mission to develop an IT strategy, identify areas for improvement and savings, implement them, and monitor their proper execution and operation. Member of the management committee, my scope includes:

- A budget of ~€4M OPEX, ~100 suppliers in 14 countries

- A team of 15 direct reports, 50 indirect reports, coordinating actions with US and APAC teams, serving 1000 users across Europe

- Maintaining the operational condition of the entire European IT system

- Negotiating contracts, developing and monitoring the budget, estimating ROI to validate CAPEX, initiating projects and measuring results

- Responsibility for the European IT park ~1000 PC & Mac machines, 3 server rooms (70 servers), 2 sites, 120 stores

- Management of mobile and internet telephony throughout Europe

- Ensuring GDPR compliance as DPO

+ 2019: Crisis management following a Cyber attack

+ 2019: Adyen deployment (credit card payment) integrated Y2 retail across Europe + Launch of Cegid Y2 in the US in 2016 and Australia in 2019

Responsible for the team in charge of data conversion and reconstruction of interfaces with third-party systems.
