Philippe Dionisi

In close collaboration with the company's or group of companies' leader(s), take on all or part of the following responsibilities:

- Expert consultant to management for financial strategy concerning business development (organization of services, quantified evaluation of investments, viability of strategic directions, etc.) and profitability improvement.

- Implement business activity measurement tools and manage the budgeting process.

- Coordinate the company's administrative departments: accounting, treasury, human resources, IT, legal, etc.

- Ensure the organization that allows for financial and accounting production within short deadlines.

- Audit purchasing conditions and negotiate with suppliers.

- Management control.

- Prepare budgets and monitor their execution in collaboration with the management controller and/or the accounting department.

- Provide profitability and financial risk simulations as decision support for investment projects.

- Audit and support in case of acquisition or merger, or target search.

- Active intermediary between the company and the chartered accountant and the statutory auditor.

- Organization and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.

- Relations with third parties: administrations, banks, advisors, etc.

- Optimize accounts receivable management (invoicing, payment tracking, factoring, etc.).

- Prepare Board of Directors and Shareholder meetings.
