Skoon, which means clean in Dutch, stems from a simple observation and personal experience: having no other choice but to touch dirty, greasy door handles, potentially contaminated with dangerous bacterial strains. From this observation, I realized that no effective technology existed to offer visitors of public establishments clean door handles. I had this realization in June 2017. In terms of skills applied to this project, I had to implement the skills of a CEO (supervision, accounting, business plan, business strategy, fundraising), an operations manager (supplier relations - human resources management - technical reviews), a product designer (design, prototyping, industrialization, and production), and finally a sales manager (customer targeting, marketing mix, value proposition, and commercial offer).

Skoon has therefore allowed me to become a versatile professional capable of managing a human-scale product development from A to Z.

Skoon has also enabled me to build a network of expertise in all areas (3D printing, plastic injection, precision mechanics, mechatronics, marketing & communication) on which I can rely at any time.

Responsible for and guarantor of the technical development of a new fuel tank for a German brand utility vehicle.

Working with a core team (project manager, quality engineer, industrial engineer, methods and validation engineers, fluid and structural analysis engineer, 3D designers, purchasing manager), my role involved taking into account the technical specifications required by the client and orchestrating their implementation in terms of design and mechanical performance (fire resistance and various mechanical stresses, in particular), validation of system performance, integration of the RAC into its dedicated vehicle environment, risk analysis (FMEA), manufacturing process, and production launch, all while strictly adhering to milestones, deadlines, and cost control (Design to Cost).

Conducting damage studies on HP turbine blades of the TP400 turbofan powering the A400M transport aircraft.

Conducting overall dynamics studies on the Silvercrest turbofan engine intended for Dassault Aviation's Falcon 5X business jets and Cessna's Citation Longitude.

Conducting sizing studies for the HP turbine casing of the turbofan engine mounted on the Sukhoi Superjet 100 regional jet.
