My name is Philipp Biehne and I work as a Quality Engineer for purchased parts at the world's largest automotive supplier.

As I have a high level of enthusiasm for Quality and Supply Chain Management, I have decided to take on individual projects in various disciplines on a part-time basis. I work 35 hours a week with flexible working hours in my main job.

Through my many years of professional experience in various companies and functions in supplier quality management and supply chain management, I am versatile and can support you with broad expertise.

Daily work with a variety of suppliers has given me broad industry insight, which is why I can derive customized solutions for you.

My core competencies include the elements of quality pre-planning from sourcing to series release and ramp-up assurance. In series production, I support you with systematic problem-solving up to customer-ready 8D reports and supplier evaluation. Increase your customer satisfaction through higher quality PPAP and 8D! Furthermore, you will reduce internal error costs and complaint costs.

In previous positions, I also worked as a VDA 6.3 Process Auditor and was trained as an IATF 16949 Auditor. I no longer have a valid certification, which is why I am not allowed to conduct audits as a service provider. However, I would be very happy to support you in preparation, accompaniment, and measure tracking. A new VDA 6.3 certification would be desirable for recurring orders.
