For 15 years, I have been supporting companies in the management and oversight of tenders for all types of IT projects. I have managed numerous tenders, individually or as part of a team, in often complex environments, and have developed solid expertise and strong convictions on the best way to approach each phase. *An IT tender must be treated globally and not just from an IT or financial perspective. It therefore requires a wide range of skills:challenging a technical design, producing a business case, formalizing a selection file, defining a new operating model, working on a contract project, escalating risks to the appropriate level, etc.

*Throughout the project, it is crucial to engage and work with different stakeholders**, requiring **the ability to dialogue and communicate with multiple parties(internal management, Legal, CSR, IT, Security, Business Units, bidders, etc.):

I can manage all or part of the tender phases: scoping and consultation strategy, needs gathering and analysis, drafting specifications and annexes, bid analysis, organizing POCs, support for negotiations and contracting, as well as managing the selected provider until implementation.

My goal is to support my clients in choosing the solution best suited to their needs, under the best conditions, and to integrate it effectively into their organization, while respecting their time and budget constraints.
