Starting on the factory floor as a line worker, I progressively moved up to skilled worker, technician, and then engineer roles, before reaching management positions within a leading European industrial company.

This path, outside the traditional school system, allowed me to build a strong foundation in field experience, performance, and operational management.

I have held all hierarchical levels – worker, technician, supervisor, engineer, and director – with an average of five years of experience per position, before becoming an entrepreneur for twenty-five years.

Joined Sermo Industries in 1993 as competitiveness director in a context of crisis in the automotive sector, I led a structured approach to continuous improvement and managerial transformation.

In 6 years, the company grew from 300 to 600 employees, the export rate increased from 20% to 80%, and the organization evolved from national to European leadership, while acquiring its main national competitor.

This dynamic was recognized by the achievement of a national managerial excellence award.

This experience formed my commitment to optimizing company management and led me to subsequently create Maâtura, dedicated to transforming organizations and fostering employee fulfillment in service of collective performance.

After holding operational and management positions, I chose to become an entrepreneur to pass on the expertise acquired over more than twenty years in business.

I thus created and led Maâtura for 21 years, a consulting and training group developed to include 10 subsidiaries, then transferred to five partners.

In this capacity, I supported over 100 companies (business transfers, certification & CSR, competitiveness) and contributed to the development of 1,000+ professionals from all sectors (entrepreneurs, executives, managers).

This experience now forms my positioning as an expert in organizational transformation, human capital development, and business transfer, for executives and management teams.
