I am a work-study student in communication, with extensive experience in social media, content creation, and artificial intelligence tools.

I started working on social media several years ago, and with the evolution of AI, I learned to use it concretely for communication, automation, and customer relations.

My first tool is an AI agent dedicated to phone calls for managing bookings and customer inquiries, but if the demand increases and the AI agent becomes very efficient, I could develop it to also answer emails, WhatsApp messages, and be directly integrated into a website.

Tested in real conditions, this agent helps relieve teams, automate communication, and lay the groundwork for a complete tool capable, ultimately, of managing communication autonomously as well.

I did an internship at CFC Sports in 2023, an indoor and outdoor 5-a-side football complex in Caen, which allowed me to gain real operational experience in managing pitch bookings.

I took calls, processed payments from clients, managed the bar, sold products, handled equipment, and dealt with unforeseen events, often with reduced staff during peak evening hours.

This reality made me understand how much the management of calls and bookings can become a hindrance when everything is happening at once.

It is from this field experience that my conviction was born: an AI agent capable of managing calls and bookings is a real lever for time, fluidity, and revenue for sports complexes.
