Thinking in options and lifelong learning have always accompanied me on my path. New Work/Working World 4.0, change, culture and leadership combined with the use of modern technology are my areas of expertise.

In consulting, training or coaching, people and their goals are my focus.

"There's more to it than that" – that was my firm conviction as a project manager in the mid-2010s. Consequently, based on my project management certification and my undergraduate degree in business administration (focus: international marketing and management), I obtained my Master's degree in Business Coaching and Change Management as one of the first students.

Through assignments around the globe and immersion in different subject areas and cultural spheres, I have gathered diverse life, professional, and leadership experience over more than 25 years and have tested, applied, and further developed my knowledge directly in practice.
