I am solely responsible for the Change Management of a Business Unit (approx. 600 employees) with top stakeholder management, deriving local changes from global specifications; close collaboration with international colleagues; steering the Change Management of 14 Business Transformations: development and implementation of communication and enablement plans. A special feature at Schneider Electric in this transformation is that deep knowledge and familiarization with technical expertise is expected from the Change Managers.

External Project Manager for supporting the cultural change of a company in the steel industry (4000 employees); steering, conducting, and evaluating interviews with employees at all levels; developing a target culture vision; training and coaching a client's internal project management team for further cultural change; close collaboration with management and works council; team development and coaching of management; moderating workshops; providing feedback on results to department heads, including coaching on individual needs; training managers in conducting critical employee discussions.
