Peter Wiethoff

With over 25 years of professional experience in various national and international projects, I possess comprehensive knowledge in project management, product management, and process digitization within the public sector. My focus lies in the implementation of eGovernment solutions - from strategic considerations and conception to technical and functional implementation. I was able to demonstrate this in a leading position, among others, for the Government Site Builder (GSB) as a content management solution for the federal administration.

During my many years of work at the European Commission, I worked as an IT Consultant for digitization projects for the administrations of Zambia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Albania, among others. There, I demonstrated my skills in online communication, process digitization, and project management.

My education includes, among other things, a PRINCE2 Foundation certification in project management and a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification. These qualifications have helped me to effectively use agile methods in projects and to promote collaboration in international and interdisciplinary teams.
